POLITEKK115 has a value of 95 To 100 Shore D hardness and a range of service temperature between 30°F to 570°F;
it can be applied on every type of metal with a good adhesion, in one layer or more layers configuration, with a minimum thick of 5 mm ( 2 inches).
Its highly charged formulation makes it to be applied just on flat and horizontal surfaces.

POLITEKK115 has a very rough and irregular surface; it is charged with very abrasive coarse-grained materials and with special fibres which help to create a three-dimensional reinforced structure.
This structure gives an extreme impact, wear, erosion and abrasion resistance and makes POLITEKK115 very suitable in applications where the wear is created by hits and impacts by falling of hard coarse-grained bodies and their crackling and rolling, like storage tank and hoppers in manufacturing industries.

POLITEKK115 can be also combined with other members of Politekk family:
For the first layer can be applied a coloured Politekk114 as a marker, then can be applied a layer of POLITEKK115 and finally to make finishing surface more regular and uniform can be used Politekk113.
