The Politekk family is a new group of products designed and realized in our laboratory.
Politekk has an excellent resistance against erosion and abrasion, but also adhesive wear, corrosion.
Like all Polymers it is an elettric and thermal barrier.

This products are designed for a wide range of applications, and can be applied over horizontal but also vertical surfaces, like high thixotropic products also called "stay-in-place" .

These kind of products are easy to apply and are used for quick maintenance operations or reconstructions, in parts which have a complex geometry or constituted by hard to weld materials.
Suitable for repairing operations which usually consist in long service time.

Politekk hardens in a few hours in room temperature and it doesn't need any thermal treatment, and after that it can operate in a dry or wet environment and at service temperature up to 570°F

Before commercialization Politekk coatings have been tested for at least 12 months in our laboratory.

The Politekk family is composed by:

POLITEKK113:
POLITEKK113 has a value of 90 Shore D hardness and a range of service temperature between 30°F to 570°F; it can be applied on every type of metal with a good adhesion in one layer or more layers configuration, with a minimum thick of 0,5 mm ( 0.02 inches).
For vertical surfaces POLITEKK113 can be applied in a more dense solution than horizontal surfaces, which are covered by a fluid POLITEKK113 with auto-levelling characteristic.

POLITEK114:
POLITEKK114 has a value of 95 Shore D hardness and a range of service temperature between 30°F to 570°F; it can be applied on every type of metal with a good adhesion, in one layer or more layers configuration, with a minimum thick of 1 mm ( 0.04 inches).
Its dense formulation makes it usable also on vertical surfaces.

POLITEKK115:
POLITEKK115 has a value of 95 To 100 Shore D hardness and a range of service temperature between 30°F to 570°F; it can be applied on every type of metal with a good adhesion, in one layer or more layers configuration, with a minimum thick of 5 mm ( 2 inches).
Its highly charged formulation makes it to be applied just on flat and horizontal surfaces.

POLIFOOD:
POLIFOOD is the last member of the Politekk family and it was designed and created for food industries specifications.
Created from Politekk113, POLIFOOD has the same mechanical and physical characteristic and very good wear resistance.
It can be applied on every type of metal with a good adhesion in one layer or more layers configuration, with a minimum thick of 0,5 mm ( 0.02 inches).For vertical surfaces POLIFOOD can be applied in a more dense solution than horizontal surfaces, which are covered by a fluid POLIFOOD with auto-levelling characteristic.
